How much is shipping?
Spanish mainland: 2,99 €, and free from 30 €. Balearic Islands and Portugal: 6,00 €. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 8,99 €. Rest of the European Union: 12,00 €. Free shipping only applies to the Spanish mainland, and you'll see the exact amount in your cart before paying.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship from Sallent (Barcelona) with CTT Express. On the Spanish mainland, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch; to the islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe it may take longer. Each product page shows the estimated dispatch and delivery dates.
Which countries do you ship to?
To all of Spain — the mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — and to all 27 countries of the European Union. We don't ship outside the European Union, for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.
How do I track my shipment?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a link to track the parcel with the carrier.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Check it when you receive it. If there's visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery slip if you can and email us as soon as possible at info@gladiatorpadel.com, with photos if you have them. We'll sort it out.
