Who sells
The products on this website are sold by NEW MARKETPLACE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, tax ID B26870246, registered at Calle Caseta d'en Camp 21, Fila 3, Nave 1, 08650 Sallent (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: info@gladiatorpadel.com, from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
These terms apply to every purchase made on gladiatorpadel.com. By confirming an order you declare that you have read and accepted them.
Products, prices and taxes
The products on offer are those published in the shop at any given time, with their description, images and availability. We reserve the right to change the catalogue, but any change respects orders already confirmed.
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately before you confirm the order, and include the applicable tax.
If we spot an obvious material error in a price, we'll let you know before processing the order, and you can either confirm it at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.
How the purchase is made
You add the products to your cart, enter your billing and shipping details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. Before confirming you'll see the full summary with the total amount, taxes and shipping costs.
The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order. You'll receive the confirmation by email, with the details of your purchase.
We issue an invoice for each order when payment is confirmed, dated on the day of that payment.
Payment methods
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro) or with Bizum, through our bank's secure payment gateway (Redsys). Your card details are entered in the bank's environment and are not stored on this website.
You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. These payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. With PayPal you confirm the payment on PayPal's website and return to the shop. We never see or store your card or account details.
Cash on delivery is not accepted.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

Legal warranty
We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, as provided for by consumer law. The details are on the Guarantee page.
Customer service and complaints
For any question, problem or complaint you can email info@gladiatorpadel.com, from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We deal with complaints as quickly as possible.
This channel only handles orders placed on gladiatorpadel.com. Purchases made through other sales channels are handled through the channel where they were made.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction for you under consumer law.
