What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. It's used to remember information between pages or visits, such as the products in your cart.
Which cookies this website uses
This shop uses technical cookies, which are essential to provide the service you ask for, and measurement and advertising cookies that are only set if you accept them.
Technical cookies don't need your consent because the shop can't work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept: if you reject or don't decide, none are set. And if you change your mind and withdraw your consent, any that had been set are deleted.
Technical cookies we use
- Session and cart: keep the products you add and your session while you browse and buy.
- Login: identify you if you have an account and are logged in.
- Security: protect forms against fraudulent submissions.
- Payment fraud prevention (Stripe): on the checkout page only, Stripe sets __stripe_mid (one year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes) to detect fraudulent payments. They're needed to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
- Cookie preference: remembers the choice you made in the banner, so we don't ask you again on every page.
Analytics and advertising cookies (only if you accept them)
These are the ones the banner lets you choose. You can accept some and reject others: they're two separate boxes and each does what it says.
- Measurement (Google Analytics): _ga (two years) and _ga_3XJCN4WV32 (two years) tell one visit from another to count which pages are viewed and at which step the purchase is abandoned. They are only set if you tick “Measurement”; unless you also tick “Advertising”, they are not used to show you ads. Google Ireland Limited.
- Advertising (Google Ads): _gcl_au (three months) lets us know whether a purchase came from one of our ads, and _gcl_aw (three months) is only set if you arrive from one of them. With your permission they're also used to show you our ads on other websites after your visit. Google may also set its own cookies on its domains, such as doubleclick.net, for the same purpose. Google Ireland Limited.
- Advertising (Meta): _fbp (three months) and _fbc (three months) do the same with Facebook and Instagram ads, and let us avoid showing you ads for a product you've already bought. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The shop also stores wc_facebook_signals_state (one year) to remember that you've accepted this advertising.
- Visit source (the shop itself, with WooCommerce): sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_udata, sbjs_session and sbjs_migrations store how you arrived — an ad, a search engine, another website or directly — and the type of device, so that if you buy, the order remembers it. They're deleted when you close the browser (sbjs_session after 30 minutes of inactivity) and what they store never leaves the shop.
If you don't accept: what is measured without cookies
Even if you reject or don't decide, the Google tag loads with every permission denied (advanced consent mode). In that state it sets no cookies and stores no identifier of yours: it sends Google cookieless pings that a page was viewed or a purchase was made, with technical data such as the browser type, and Google uses them in aggregate to estimate how many visits and purchases our ads bring. If you arrive from a Google ad, the click marker travels in the page address instead of being stored in a cookie. Google Ireland Limited.
The shop also notes on your order the channel you came through (for example, “Google ad”, “Instagram”, “search engine” or “direct”). To remember it between pages it uses the browser tab's storage (gp_canal), which is cleared when you close the tab. It stores no identifier, is not shared with anyone and is only used to know which channels bring sales.
How to change your choice
You can reopen the preferences panel at any time from the cookie button on the website, and withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. Accept and reject are shown at the same level and with the same prominence.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, some features such as the cart may stop working.
If we add or remove any
