Where we ship and how much it costs
We ship to Spain — the mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — and to all 27 countries of the European Union. The exact shipping cost is calculated and shown in the cart before you confirm your order.
We don't ship outside the European Union: the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are excluded because they count as exports with customs formalities.
Shipping prices
- Spanish mainland: 2,99 €, and free on orders of 30 € or more.
- Balearic Islands: 6,00 €.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 8,99 €.
- Portugal: 6,00 €.
- Rest of the European Union: 12,00 €.
- Free shipping from 30 € only applies to the Spanish mainland. To the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the European Union, shipping is always charged.
Delivery times
Orders ship from our premises in Sallent (Barcelona) and are delivered by CTT Express.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch for shipments to the Spanish mainland. To the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and for shipments to the rest of the European Union, it may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the carrier's control.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give any reason.
To do so, email info@gladiatorpadel.com with your order number and the product you want to return. We'll confirm how to proceed.
We'll refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs where the law requires, within 14 calendar days at most from when we're informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product.
Who pays for return shipping
If you return a product under the right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning it.
If the product arrives faulty, damaged or isn't the one you ordered, we cover the full cost of the return shipping.
Where to return it
Products are returned to: NEW MARKETPLACE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, Calle Caseta d'en Camp 21, Fila 3, Nave 1, 08650 Sallent (Barcelona), Spain.
Return it in a condition that allows it to be inspected and, if possible, in its packaging. You don't lose the right of withdrawal by opening the product to check it, but you are liable for any loss in value if you've handled it more than necessary.
Liquids and sprays
The anti-slip spray and liquid chalk are products the carrier handles under specific conditions. If you need to return one of them, write to us first instead of sending it yourself, and we'll tell you how.
If your order arrives damaged
Check the parcel when you receive it. If there's visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery slip if possible and let us know at info@gladiatorpadel.com as soon as you can, with photos if you have them. We'll sort it out.
